KIC (keep it cleaner)
Fit, strong and healthy is in fashion. And for teenage girls and women in their 20s, a Kardashian booty and killer abs is the latest accessory.
To help women achieve their health fitness goals, we teamed up with Instagram influencers and models, Steph Claire Smith (1.5 million followers) and Laura Henshaw (274k followers) and created KIC – an online health and wellness program.
KIC (Keep It Cleaner) is a global program which provides daily workouts (boxing, running and HIIT), a complete meal planner, mindfulness tools and life hacks. This four-week program is led by Steph and Laura who not only act as trainers and life coaches but your new best friends, too.
I created the brand tone, philosophy and manifesto, and established what KIC sounds like across different channels. As the tone custodian, I also write daily eDMs as the talent, the program website, blogs, PR and articles for popular publications including Dolly, New Weekly, Women’s Fitness, Women’s Health and Bondi Beauty.
New members also receive the free KIC eBook (below) which is packed with recipes, bonus workouts and life hacks.
